Unfortunately there are times when things go wrong. To help ensure you get a courteous, fair and consistent response to your concerns, please fill in the form below telling us about your experience.

Please note that if you have concerns of a serious nature regarding the safety and wellbeing of a child, young person or adult, you should call us on 0344 800 8020. This telephone line is open 24 hours a day for social care enquiries.

The council sometimes works in partnership with other organisations to provide services, so please be aware we may need to share your information with these providers to respond to some complaints.
