If you are a Returning Student to the same establishment

Please complete the Returning Student application form

If you are a new applicant or current post 16 student attending a new establishment please continue: Applying for Transport in Academic Year: September 2023 - July 2024
September 2024 - July 2025 Name of sixth form/college for which transport is required

If the sixth form/college you want to attend is not listed, there is no assistance under the Post 16 Travel Scheme. Contact Traveline to find other local travel services.

If we have agreed in an Education, Health and Care Plan for a student to attend a certain sixth form/college, which is not listed here, we will contact you to discuss travel arrangements.
