Registration Services Ceremony Enquiry Form

Welcome to Norfolk's ceremony enquiry form.

Before submitting your booking enquiry you might like to explore our registration services web pages, where you can find lots of information about our ceremonies, including fees and venues.

Please complete the form below with your enquiry. If you include your email address you will receive a confirmation email with your reference number after submitting your form. When you select 'Finish' your form will be sent to the ceremony team and you will receive a confirmation screen with a reference number. If you do not see this screen then your enquiry has not been sent so please submit your enquiry again.

Remember to check your email junk/spam folder if you have not received our confirmation email.

The ceremony team will contact you to answer your enquiry. Please note a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. This fee forms part of the total amount payable.

Please note your application will expire after 40 minutes of inactivity.
